Refunds/Terms and Conditions Policy

MonthlySubscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly payment. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. K+K will automatically process your monthly subscription fee at the next billing cycle, and will continue unless you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website or managing your subscription through your circle profile. Your cancellation will become effective immediately. If you are not satisfied with your subscription and the services rendered, you may be eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Recurrent billing cycles will only be eligible for refund within the first 5 days of that billing cycle. 

Yearly Subscription: By purchasing a Yearly/Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription fee. You may cancel your Yearly Subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website or managing your subscription through your circle profile. If you are not satisfied with your subscription and the services rendered, you may be eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Recurrent billing cycles will only be eligible for refund within the first 5 days of that billing cycle. 

Journal Sales: Because of the nature of our journal pre-order process each order is personally customized to your order and therefore we are not able to process returns. All journal sales are final. 

Payment: Following any non-payment, we will automatically cancel your subscription until a second valid credit card is provided.  

General Restrictions on Use: The rights granted to you by these Terms will remain in force only for so long as these Terms remain in effect. You must not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to the service through any third party. You may use the site and services (including downloadable tools) with software, hardware, or other technology not provided by us. Failure to comply will result in membership cancellation.
