Born and raised in central, Iowa. Married to my high school sweetheart. The year 2020 made me a girl mama. I love cultivating community to empower women to live their daily lives pursuing Christ.
Originally from Massachusetts Now in South Central PA with my hubby of 6 years.

We are Kate & Kalli (Kal for short).
We’ve only met in person once and live across the country. We saw our common love for Jesus, our dedication to the things we’re passionate about, and were immediate insta besties. We have seen the power of community and how God uses it through the online health + fitness accountability groups we’ve been running for the last two and a half years. We have seen a common need for the same accountability in our walks with the Lord. Because faith is the backbone of who we are, we felt led to create that space, which has led us to Kate & Kal Co (collective). If you feel led, we hope you jump into this community and allow God to move in your life through a daily pursuit of His wisdom and grace.
